Residential
Adolescent Treatment Program
Making
a Lasting Change in Your Child’s Behavior Often Requires Making
a Change in Their Environment
By removing your child from the home and placing him or her in a new
setting, Three Springs’ residential program for boys at Englishton
Park gives your child, and family members, every opportunity to grow
in healthy new directions. In the absence of their negative peer group,
our residents begin to experience positive changes. There is no one
to reinforce bad behavior.
While
in our residential programs, your child lives on campus with a group
of peers. Boys and girls are in separate programs. All Three Springs
programs operate as a single sex campus. We believe that mixing adolescent
boys and girls provides unneccesary distractions to the treatment process.
Many of our children have experienced unhealthy relationships that added
to the problems at home. Specialty groups offered through the programs
also teach the children the importance of boundaries and respect for
the opposite sex.
Your
child works through a system of stages which eventually leads to graduation.
With fewer distractions and positive peer culture, your child can focus
on achieving his or her goals and discovering the life skills necessary
to return to your family.

Living
Away From Home Teaches Your Child the Importance of Family
Reuniting the family is the ultimate goal of treatment. From the beginning
of the program, Three Springs will work with you on a plan to reunify
your family. While your child is going through the program, parents
will have weekly telephone calls and frequent opportunities to visit,
and may call their family worker at any time. We encourage parents and
family members to come to parent support weekends every month.

Education
Is an Important Part of Our Residential Programs
Your child will continue to attend an accredited school on campus. By
reducing the distractions your child would have at home, he or she is
better able to focus on schoolwork.
Attendance
in our residential programs will not hurt your child’s future
opportunities in any way. It will actually increase their opportunities
by giving your child the discipline and life skills to ensure success.

Your
Child Receives Complete Care
Your child will have complete access to health care and psychological
services. We create an individual treatment plan approved by a psychologist
for each child. He or she will eat well, live in a clean, safe environment,
and be given the opportunity to make a real change.

so we offer different programs and levels of treatment and care to match
each child’s individual needs.
